Mike Kern
President and CEO
Mike Kern acquired NETS in 1988 and has served as President and CEO ever since. He also serves as Chairman of NETS•EON India, the NETS joint-venture operation in New Delhi, India.
Prior to acquiring NETS, Mike held a variety of executive-level positions at Sonat, Inc., an American energy holding company. In his 12 years at Sonat, Mike served as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO, Assistant Vice President—Corporate Communications, Vice President—Corporate Development, and Vice President—Sales and Marketing.
Mike earned his BE from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the University of Virginia.
