Project: Comprehension Skill: Blackbeard

Grade level: 4-5

This prototype uses modeling strategies to reinforce comprehension skills. High-interest/low-level reading passages built around comprehension skills and strategies are followed by questions. A hint button provides both written modeling and oral modeling. Teachers would be able to customize by adding their own passages and comprehension questions.
